I won't try to give you advice, I will just tell you this. Before a catapillar can become a butterfly, it has to lie in a cocoon, I'm sure you are aware of that. But what you might not know is that it is extremely painful for the new butterfly to break free from its cage. Now a person could come along and cut open the cocoon, and it would be free. But it would be too weak to fly, or to gather food. So it would die. The struggle makes it strong. Take what you will from that.
